EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT
Sam’s research supported the existing literature that demonstrates a positive correlation between self-efficacy and resilience. This means that the development of employees is more than a “nice to have”, it's essential to build self-efficacy of the employee thereby enabling the growth of both employee and organisation.
Using the ADDIE methodology and a blended learning approach, Dr Sam has designed, developed and delivered programs for specific teams or cohorts as well as for organisation wide rollouts.
