DR SAM MATHER
Sam’s experience has been working internationally with diverse companies: from charities and SME’s to blue-chip organisations. Industry sectors include financial services, technology, education, local and central government.
Working across all areas of the employee lifecycle, Sam has been instrumental in designing and implementing solutions to enable employees, in particular leaders, to get the best out of others; from leading change management projects, developing competency frameworks and career paths, delivering leadership programs or supporting employee wellbeing.
Dr Sam has an honours degree in Business Studies, a masters in Learning and Performance Management and a PhD in Organisational Psychology (Psychological Safety and Resilience). She is a qualified coach, NLP practitioner and Applied Neuroscience Practitioner. She lectures at Henley Business School and the University of Oregon.
